9 March, Online – Amidst the global economic recovery post-pandemic, Floship CEO, Josh Tsui, was invited to participate in Cherubic Ventures’ virtual panel discussion to discuss the prospects of and the trends that will fuel the post-pandemic e-commerce recovery. 

“E-commerce sales are expected to reach US$ 6.3 trillion – up 21% from 2021 and we might see that APAC will potentially become the largest ecommerce market this year,” shared Tsui. “Yet there are still a few things that will be challenging for ecommerce this year including how to successfully acquire customers who are experiencing less purchasing power as a result of inflation and are more selective about how they spend their money, fraud prevention, returns and refunds as well as how to provide a superior customer experience.”
